ORDERING
- At least 3 working days in advance prior to function date. All booking is upon availability.
- All prices quoted are subjected to 7% GST.
- An administration charge of $30.00 will be levied on any changes made to the menu, time, and headcount. All amendments must be made 3 working days before the function date
- Written cancellation must reach us at least 5 working days before the function date, or else 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.
- FULL invoice amount will be charged for any cancellation less than 24 hours before the event.
- We provide 10% buffer for ordered quantity. The management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.
DELIVERY
- Time Duration of a function is 4 Hours upon arrival time.
- A minimum delivery charge of $35.00 for all districts. For delivery to Jurong Islands or location outside main land, additional transportation of $35.00 is applicable.
- Our delivery time is 8am to 8pm and latest collection time is 10.30pm.
- A overtime charge of $35/hour will be levied for collection/delivery between 10.30pm to 8am.
- Arrangement for next day collection is chargeable at $50.00.
- Please allow a 45min grace period due to traffic conditions, security and parking
